We absolutely loved the beautiful surroundings with lush green spaces and mature trees at the Pine Trees Hotel. It made us feel like we were really immersed in nature. The comfy bed and clean room ensured a pleasant stay. The highlight was definitely the big fireplace in the main lounge, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The main waitress in the restaurant was very friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the variety of the dinner menu, which changed every night, offering excellent food. As foreign tourists, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The location, set in beautiful wooded grounds, was perfect for our walks with the dogs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially towards our furry friends.

Radiator in room didn't work.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the beautiful wooded grounds were perfect for leisurely walks, and our furry friends were warmly welcomed. Plus, the afternoon tea that our son ordered was a delightful surprise, beautifully presented in our room.

While the hotel had a lovely setting, the rooms were in need of refurbishment. They felt outdated and cramped, and we encountered some maintenance issues such as a hole in the skirting board and faulty taps in the bathroom.

The lounge areas were cosy and had a good country house hotel vibe. The restaurant was quite spacious and pleasant and the evening meals we had were delicious. The staff on our first night were lovely. The grounds seemed nice and it was just a short walk downhill into Pitlochry. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accessible facilities and the attentive staff who made sure we felt at home instantly.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease at this hotel. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. The spacious rooms and beautiful grounds were a bonus. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location for exploring historical sights and enjoying some retail therapy at the House of Bruar.

The location was perfect, with just a one-minute walk to the hotel, and the staff treated us like royalty, being friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Pine Trees Hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the public rooms were warm and cosy, with a great selection of books and games. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind and friendly. The parking was also very convenient. Our room in the annex was absolutely lovely, bright, and spacious, exceeding our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the additional single room, which got us thinking about bringing our 9-year-old on our next visit. We highly recommend this hotel and have already shared our positive experience with others.

Although the portions were small, the quality made up for it. The staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. The hotel also allowed us to bring our family dog and made us feel very welcome with our furry friend. we had a very satisfying and relaxing stay at Pine Trees Hotel Pitlochry, and we would highly recommend it to others.
