The lovely garden area with multiple seating arrangements offered a relaxing spot to unwind after a busy day.

The room I stayed in had some cleanliness issues, particularly with stained carpets that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, quickly changing my room to a ground floor one which was much appreciated. Breakfast options were good, and the bar had a delightful selection of gins.

But the decor could use some updating, and there were a couple of noisy guests late at night.

No lifts available, some rooms overly stuffy with poor ventilation!!! , decor appears quite outdated!!! , unavailability of menu items is disappointing at best!!! , consistent noise disturbances suggest soundproofing needs attention!!!

we enjoyed our 3-night stay at sure hotel collection. the spacious room was clean and warm, and the shower was fantastic! the staff were friendly, making our experience even better. location-wise, it’s just 20 minutes from edinburgh airport. we loved that we could grab extra tea and coffee from reception, which was a nice touch.

the mug service could be improved, as they weren’t changed during our stay.
