The hotel’s location near Canary Wharf was perfect, with lots of nearby restaurants. The clean rooms, coupled with innovative space management and mood lighting, made for a comfy experience.

However, the rooms were quite compact, making storage a bit challenging. The bathroom door had a gap, which might not suit everyone. Air conditioning was either noisy or off.

I almost woudl ve given this place a good review—how charming! Except, the air conditioner just couldn’t decide on a temperature, keeping me cold and miserable. And, can we talk about the lack of room cleaning during my stay? Of course, from a premier hotel, you’d expect at least a complimentary gesture for such inconveniences, but alas, nothing at all.

this hotel is super close to the dlr and has lots of good food spots nearby. the staff were friendly and helped me check in quickly. the room had nice mood lighting and clever storage. A big flat screen tv. even tho it was small, i slept well and felt comfy. loved that i could get hot drinks at reception for a decent price.

Request coffee-making facilities upon booking to avoid trips to the reception, as room sizes can limit in-room amenities.
