As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the compact yet comfortable rooms with a sci-fi feel and the different colored lights that my 14-year-old niece enjoyed playing with. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Public transport is conveniently close by.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially for London. The attention to detail was impressive, with decorations that made the room feel personalized. The location in the financial district may not be the most exciting, but it was an amazing place to stay for business purposes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated having EU plugs or adapters available in the room, which made charging my devices hassle-free. Lastly, having a room with a window and a 'view' was a lovely addition to the overall experience.

The older building opposite the main hotel looks identical inside. Room was very clean, in a good location. Stay was nice and quiet. Friendly staff upgraded us to a room with a window free of charge. Excellent location with plenty of nearby places to eat and easy access to the station. Room size was perfect for two, with surprising quality facilities for the price paid. A great value for money hotel.

The customer service was exceptional, with super friendly and helpful receptionists. The modern rooms had different colored lights, adding a nice touch. The location was key, with easy access to the DLR line from London City Airport and other parts of London.

The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when we had issues with the hot water and cleanliness of the room. the room was also very cramped and not ideal for a longer stay, and the noise from the nearby street was extremely disruptive to our sleep.

The room was great value for money with good shelf space for luggage, clean and nicely decorated. The 24/7 snacks bar at reception was handy when returning late at night. The mood lighting was amazing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything needed and excellent transport links nearby.
