My stay at Poltair Guest House was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and cared for. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The complimentary bottle of wine and fresh milk in the fridge were thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and the beautiful St Mawes ferry. The garden seating area with the pond added a serene touch to the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I had a fantastic experience at Poltair Guest House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The room was well-appointed with every facility you could want, including complimentary water, juice, and fresh milk. the water pressure in the shower was excellent and the bedding was comfortable. the outside decor was soothing and added to the overall ambiance. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome. the location was key, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available.

Some areas of the hotel were looking tired and in need of decorating. While the surface cleaning was acceptable, certain areas like the patio doors, bathroom, and tops of switches and sockets were dirty.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing great service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The welcome drink was a lovely touch, and the room service and housekeeping were exceptional. I also loved spending time in the garden area, relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture. I was highly impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

It was all superb.

I had a fabulous stay at a well-located guesthouse with a beautiful front garden. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable, offering lovely views of the waterfront. The breakfast had a good range of choices and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and spotlessly clean accommodations.

I absolutely loved the stunning sea view from my room. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a dream come true. having a balcony was a fantastic bonus - it allowed me to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to both my family and the beach. It offered the best of both worlds - visiting loved ones and enjoying some well-deserved rest and relaxation.

The thin walls, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the noise from a large group of partying guests, coming back drunk and slamming doors, was quite bothersome.

Wonderful location near the sea, charming garden. Kind and friendly owners and staff. Great selection of comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast options, including vegetarian.

We had the most amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with plenty of parking available. Our room was lovely and cozy, with a comfortable bed and little touches like a mini fridge stocked with milk and water, and even a bottle of wine! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even altering breakfast options for me as a vegan. Plus, the shower was absolutely amazing!

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this place. The room was lovely, clean, and had some nice touches like fresh flowers and a little fridge with fresh milk. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to town and surrounded by beautiful public gardens and events. The staff and hosts were wonderful, always kind and helpful. Oh, and did I mention the amazing award-winning garden? So impressed!

The morning meal could have been better by having more options for gluten-free bread and cereal.

The breakfast was included and the bed was comfortable. It was located close to the beach and several restaurants which we enjoyed. the staff was friendly.

The walls were thin and we could hear the other guests all night. the room was too small and we felt cramped.
