I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and close to the train station, shops, and the arena. It made it so convenient for exploring the city and attending events. The cleanliness of the suite was fantastic, it was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher and all the necessary cleaning supplies in case of any accidents. The staff, especially Leselle, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

premier apartments in manchester exceeded my expectations once again. the clean and spacious apartment had a comfortable bed, modern kitchen, and nice bath/shower. the location, just a short walk from the city center, was perfect. i would definitely stay here again!

Communication about our arrival time could have been better.

We stayed at a lovely apartment during our Easter break. the two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean which gave us a relaxing experience. One of the things we liked about the apartment was the fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to prepare our own meals. the great number of nearby cafés and restaurants made it very easy to eat out when we wanted. Another advantage was the perfect location of the apartment, close to many tourist attractions and public transportation.

The service of offering water bottles could be improved. the two bottles we received were refilled, and their seals were already broken when we arrived, making us feel a little uncomfortable.

The staff provided a very high level of customer service, ensuring that everything was taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything spotless and providing complementary toiletries.

Premier Suites provided excellent value for the money. The room felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts and necessities, including a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Market Street and Arndale Centre. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going out of their way to assist us with directions to Cheshire Oaks for our shopping trip.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of options.
