I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Northumberland recently. the location was ideal for exploring the major sites in the area, such as Bamburgh, Lindisfarne, and Alnwick Castle & Gardens. The peaceful surroundings and lovely views over the countryside made it a truly relaxing stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with stylish modern furnishings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was top-notch, with a wide selection of choices and the use of quality local produce. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The walls were very thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. At times, this was very disruptive and made it difficult to relax.

The facilities in the Coach House were fantastic, with a comfortable lounge, fridge, and worktop. The ambiance was perfect, and our room was a delight with tasteful decor, comfortable bedding, and a practical en suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower. The breakfast room in the main house was light and welcoming, and the breakfast choices, service, presentation, and quality were faultless. The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting places on the coast that we wanted to see, and we also enjoyed exploring the peaceful village and the nearby Preston Tower.
