The staff at the hotel were like superheroes, always there when you needed them, making you feel like a VIP. It was as if they had a magic wand and could make any request come true, all with a smile on their faces.

we had a fantastic experience staying at Marriott. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter, every detail was perfect. the newly refurbished room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we could need. the on-site restaurant offered delicious food and the breakfast selection was exceptional. overall, we had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday and would highly recommend Marriott for a memorable stay.

Marriott in Blackpool-Manchester area pleasantly surprised with welcoming reception and clean facilities. Convenient location for exploring. Enjoyed classy ambiance and nice restaurant. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Polite reception staff.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, from check-in to check-out. They made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious food. We will definitely be returning just for that alone.

One thing that could be improved is the temperature control in the rooms.

the staff, from reception to bar, were exceptionally helpful and caring. the room was comfortable, with a good breakfast selection. the indoor swimming pool and sauna provided relaxation. Nearby landmarks like St John's Minster and Harris Museum added cultural enrichment.

Stayed here for a pit stop on a long drive - breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, and the beds were comfy. the grounds were a nice escape and we plan to hit the pool next visit 👙. A couple of the rooms could've been spruced up a bit, but it didn't ruin the fun times we had 😊.
