We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cleo! the staff was unbelievably helpful and the accommodations were quiet and secluded. the housekeeping was incredibly detailed and the amenities were excellent. the location in the Condesa neighborhood was perfect, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. the beds were comfortable and the rooms had blackout curtains for a peaceful sleep. We loved the record player with vinyl records and the fully stocked kitchen. Casa Cleo had everything we could want and more.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always make you feel at home. the hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, a record player with old vinyl records, and a common room for yoga or stretching.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace. It was like a little oasis in the middle of the bustling city, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks. We felt like we were in our own private paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and soothing music playing in the background. It was the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Mexico City.

Daniel, our host, went above and beyond to assist us with reservations and make sure our stay was enjoyable. The outdoor workout area was a great bonus, allowing me to start my mornings with some exercise while being surrounded by the peaceful sound of birds chirping. The location of the hotel was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street and offering a sense of security. Additionally, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.

Our apartment had a spacious terrace and the overall space was perfect for our family. the living room had a comfortable sofa bed for our 12-year-old. the location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. the room itself was comfortable and large, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a deep soaking tub and great water pressure. We also loved the easy temperature control and fully stocked kitchen. We can't wait to stay at Casa Cleo again on our next trip to this amazing city.
