We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cleo! the staff was unbelievably helpful and the accommodations were quiet and secluded. the housekeeping was incredibly detailed and the amenities were excellent. the location in the Condesa neighborhood was perfect, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. the beds were comfortable and the rooms had blackout curtains for a peaceful sleep. We loved the record player with vinyl records and the fully stocked kitchen. Casa Cleo had everything we could want and more.

The value for money at Casa Cleo was unbeatable - we felt like we were staying in a luxury apartment! The location was perfect, with tons of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Breakfast option could use a little more variety - it felt more like a coffee bar than a continental breakfast.

The location of this hotel is ideal, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart Express nearby for convenience. The rooms are comfortable and large, with beautiful and spacious bathrooms offering great water pressure and deep soaking tubs. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always make you feel at home. the hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, a record player with old vinyl records, and a common room for yoga or stretching.

The complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel was a little underwhelming.

Charming and pretty hotel with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms. Thoughtful touches like a record player, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful tiles in the bathroom. Sweet common room for yoga. Great location with fantastic restaurants and a Friday street market.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace. It was like a little oasis in the middle of the bustling city, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks. We felt like we were in our own private paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and soothing music playing in the background. It was the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Mexico City.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Cleo in the Condesa neighborhood. The apartment itself was perfect for my needs - modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. Daniel, our host, went above and beyond to assist us with reservations and make sure our stay was enjoyable. The outdoor workout area was a great bonus, allowing me to start my mornings with some exercise while being surrounded by the peaceful sound of birds chirping. The location of the hotel was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street and offering a sense of security. Additionally, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.
