This little gem of a hotel is perfectly located for exploring the charming boutique shops in town and enjoying the stunning views by the beach. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished, with plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff ensure a clean and welcoming stay, and the hot fresh breakfasts are a delight. Parking is convenient, making it easy to come and go.

It would be helpful if there were more sockets in the rooms for charging devices.

This hotel offers a fantastic complimentary breakfast with a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station and the beach. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking and made for a relaxing stay.

The car park in front of the hotel was a bit of an eyesore and could be improved to match the beautiful decor of the hotel. The quality of the coffee in the room could have been better and having real milk available would have been a nice touch.

Our stay at Primrose House St. Ives was absolutely delightful. The room we had was small, but it had a lovely balcony with chairs and a table where we could enjoy the afternoon sun. We were pleasantly surprised to find homemade cake or biscuits waiting for us every afternoon. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of freshly cooked options available. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning views of St Ives Bay. We also appreciated the ample parking for our car.

During my recent stay at Primrose House, I was delighted by the stunning location just a stone's throw away from the beach. It was the perfect idyllic escape, with the downtown area and St Ives center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my time there.

Although I had a small decking area with a view of the fire escape and the not-so-attractive backyard, it didn't bother me much as I wasn't expecting a sea view. The cleanliness of the hotel was noteworthy, and the spacious and spotless accommodation impressed me.

The hotel is perfectly located, right next to the rail station and just a short walk down the windy hill to Porthminster beach. The room was beautifully decorated with New England style shutters on big windows and a small but lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always there to answer any questions. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The parking can be a bit tricky when the hotel is busy and you have to remember to be careful of the hidden security posts.

Our recent stay at Primrose House was absolutely amazing! The whole place was immaculately finished and clean, spacious and beautiful. The breakfast area was so lovely and the food was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge and so beautiful. It was a 30 second walk onto the sand of the beach! Perfect!
