We had a very warm welcome from the staff and they explained everything to us very well. Our room was lovely with comfortable beds and extra pillows, which is always a plus for me. The value for money was fantastic, especially considering the location near Manchester airport. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

That we couldn't control the radiator in our room, so it was on high all night and we ended up being too hot.
