Great location, clean and tidy, helpful staff, spacious apartment, secure parking.

We stayed at Quality City Apartments for four nights and it was the perfect choice. The spacious size of the apartment comfortably accommodated four adults and the location was excellent. We were within walking distance of a large supermarket, various restaurants, and a shopping center. One of the highlights was the green park right next to the apartment, which provided a peaceful setting. Additionally, having an elevator in the carpark made it easy to transport our heavy luggage. it was great value for money and the apartment had everything we needed.

Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Quality City were incredibly attentive and responsive to any issues I encountered during my stay. When I mentioned that the fridge in my apartment was not working properly, they quickly addressed the problem. They also rectified the issue with the shower in a timely manner. I appreciated their efficiency and willingness to make sure my stay was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with the best aspects being the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location close to the city center and bars. The hotel was exceptionally clean, giving me a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout my stay. The facilities provided were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. The parking facility was convenient and ensured the safety of my car. Moreover, the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the vibrant city center and its lively bars.

Great location near all attractions and easy access to public transportation. The apartment was spacious with separate rooms for relaxation and sleeping. The balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. The apartment was well equipped with a TV and a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities. There was also complimentary juice, cereals, and water. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The internet connection was slow and there were no instructions for using the washing machine. It was difficult to access the building in the early morning, as I was locked outside in the rain.

I recently stayed at Quality City Apartments for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and a huge Tesco. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed with a great balcony and views. The owner was very helpful and quickly resolved any issues that arose, such as a broken bed. The secure underground parking was a big plus too. with a bit of attention to detail, this place has the potential to be fantastic.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the convenient city centre location. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms on the ground floor were clean and spacious, with a lovely river view. Everything in the apartment was working properly, which made our stay hassle-free. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying. we were very happy with our experience here.

great location, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen. loved the secure parking and key-fob access. exceeded expectations, especially after previous stay in leicester. kids could play safely in the area around castle gardens and it was a short walk to tesco and the city centre.

We had a delightful stay in an apartment conveniently close to the city center. The location was perfect, with the apartment overlooking a tranquil river where we could enjoy feeding the swans. The room was modern, stylish, and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. the convenient location and pleasant atmosphere made our stay memorable.

There was some occasional noise from a nearby warehouse unloading goods, but it didn't last long.

Located next to a tranquil river, our stay at this apartment was a peaceful retreat. We enjoyed feeding the swans gliding along the river with bread provided by the hotel. The apartment was in a great location, close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere.
