I had a great experience staying at these apartments. The hosts were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. The property was immaculate and well-maintained, with all the basic supplies we needed for our family of four. Having an assigned parking space made our lives much easier. Plus, we had access to a fitness center and there was a Co-op supermarket within walking distance. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! It was extremely clean and located in a quiet and safe area, perfect for families. We were pleased to find a little co-op right in front of the apartments, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The proximity to Old Trafford stadium and the Trafford shopping centre were major advantages. Additionally, the secure and locked car park was worth the £16 fee, ensuring the safety of our vehicle. The staff provided wonderful and helpful customer service, even upgrading us to a double bedroom apartment at no extra cost due to my disability. our stay was perfect and we highly recommend this place!

We got incredible value for our money with a spotless and comfortable room at the Quay Apartments. The location was convenient with a nearby Coop, and the staff treated us amazingly, even offering us an umbrella on the rainy day of our arrival.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more variety of options available.

stayed in manchester before but quay apartments exchange quay was unlike any other! spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fabulous bath. friendly host and convenient location near old trafford and media city. loved the co op shop behind the building for quick supplies.

The apartment was well equipped and clean, with thoughtful touches like hand soap and kitchen roll. the staff were helpful and professional, making our stay enjoyable.

One minor issue was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. It would have been nice if they were softer or more supportive.

The location of the apartments was great, with shops nearby for convenience. It was also very close to Old Trafford football stadium, making it perfect for football fans. The tram line was just a short distance away, providing easy access to the city center. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and nice size bathrooms. The staff were helpful and professional, ensuring a great stay.

The only minor downside was the limited availability of keys and fobs for larger groups.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the tram stop for easy transportation into Manchester City Centre. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful and modern apartment that was impeccably clean. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly.

Our stay at Quay Apartments Exchange Quay was fantastic. The apartment itself was new, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the block. The staff, particularly Tariq and Ehsan, were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or requests we had. We greatly appreciated the regular cleaning and changing of towels and bedsheets during our 11-night stay. There was a Coop store nearby for groceries, and we were pleased to find halal food within walking distance. The only minor improvement would be the hot water supply, which seemed limited for more than two showers. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience. We had a truly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Quay Apartments Exchange Quay.
