Stayed at Quayside Apartments for 2 nights. Perfect location in the heart of Cardiff Bay, just minutes away from the train station. The building is modern, clean, and very quiet. Clear instructions for self check-in and parking vouchers provided for nearby car park. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The lady who helped us when we had to move apartments due to a broken lift was extremely helpful. Ideal place to stay with everything you need for a lovely stay.

I stayed at Quayside Apartments for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The level of finishing in the apartment was superb, with attention to detail and clever use of space. The mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the high drainer point in the bath that allowed for a relaxing soak. The apartment was well thought out and furnished with comfort in mind. Roberto, the contact person, was also very helpful. The building itself was modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The self check-in process was easy and the apartment was well equipped. The location was perfect, right on the bay and next to the Millennium Centre. There was a Sainsbury's local right below the apartment and Mermaid Quay was just a short walk away. it was a delightful stay.

Stayed at the Quayside for a few days. Great location near restaurants, cafes, and bars. Apartment had everything we needed, with the bonus of a washer/dryer. Despite being close to a busy road, noise was well-blocked by the windows and balcony doors. Dan from Urban Living was incredibly helpful, showing us around the building and giving us tips on getting around. The building is in the heart of Cardiff Bay, right across from the Millennium Centre. Loved the water taxi and train station nearby.

The apartment's location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the bay surrounded by a myriad of fantastic restaurants, pubs, and shops. It's just a stone's throw away from the Millennium Centre and a short walk to Cardiff Bay train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and a nice little balcony to enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, even offering complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen.

There was a slight cleanliness issue in the apartment, with sticky door handles and utensils in the kitchen. However, this didn't greatly affect our stay and was easily overlooked due to the overall positive experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The location was amazing, right in the centre of the bay surrounded by restaurants and pubs. We had everything we needed within walking distance, including shops, supermarkets, and even a beautiful wheel illuminated at night. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a spacious kitchen and plenty of utensils. The two double bedrooms provided ample storage space, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The bed linen and towels were beautifully clean, and the double glazing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The parking vouchers for a nearby car park were very convenient, and the self check-in process was easy to follow. The staff, Megan and Sophie, were incredibly helpful and provided great communication throughout our stay.
