The value for our money was great, and despite the compact room size, it met our expectations. The location was convenient, with Oxford Street within walking distance and a neighborhood of halal restaurants nearby. The staff treated us with friendliness and were very helpful during our stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of readily available items like cereals, juices, and pastries.

The decor in the hotel was absolutely stunning and really made my stay feel special. the Nespresso machine with pods in the room was a great touch! the location of the hotel was perfect as it was walking distance to all the major shopping areas and restaurants in the city.

The lack of visible signage outside made it difficult to locate the hotel at first. breakfast service was slow and could have been improved.

We did have a minor issue with the restaurant, as the communication was somewhat challenging with a member of staff who didn't speak English fluently, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the fantastic service from the front desk. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

Very clean, great location. Close to Paddington and Hyde Park. Lovely old building with character. Comfy beds. Staff went above and beyond during a difficult situation.

Beautiful property with a homely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and polite. The scrambled eggs and risotto were absolutely delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was decent in size. The common areas, like the bar, were lovely. The location near Marble Arch was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
