I had an amazing stay at Queen Of The Loch! The value for money was great, the room was comfortable and cozy, and the location near the loch shore was beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed a late check out for our son's wedding. They even let us keep the room while we finished getting ready. Such accommodating service!

The breakfast experience could have been better. There was a small service error one morning where the cooked breakfast arrived before the croissants and cereals, and the eggs were a bit too hard and the toast was cold when it was re-delivered.

had a good rest in balloon, but this stay at marston's inns was even better! staff were pleasant and helpful, dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the waiter was attentive. highly recommend!

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the port area and taking tours on the nearby boats. Additionally, there was a great Chinese restaurant right next door. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a nice shower.

One minor drawback was the lack of a mini bar, which seemed to be a common practice in Scotland. The breakfast was okay, but making instant coffee using sachets was a bit disappointing.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the activities on Loch Lomond, a short walk to the village of Balloch, and a McDonald's conveniently located across the road. Additionally, the hotel is situated right next to the roundabout where the roads converge, providing easy access to the stunning views of the loch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a friendly and efficient service. The breakfast served is delicious and there is a good choice of meals on the menu, including the steak and wine deal which is highly recommended. this hotel offers a great location and comfortable accommodation for a pleasant stay.

There is no lobby or reception area outside of the rooms, making it difficult to socialize with other guests or relax in a communal space.

As young people, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, with a McDonald's just around the corner. The rooms were spacious and the parking was hassle-free. The staff were friendly and the room was immaculately clean. The pub on site provided a good dining experience.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance of town centre and the port area for tour boats. The room was nice, although there were no drawers. The staff were friendly and plentiful. The breakfast could be improved, but it was not a big issue. The hotel was well situated, close to the main road to the highlands and on the edge of the loch.

The carvery meal had disappointing quality and service.

The hotel was conveniently located near a popular area with plenty of dining options for families. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

One downside we experienced during our stay was related to transportation. We were charged a high fee for a short drive to a nearby town.
