My partner and I recently stayed at Queenswood Hotel for a short getaway. Room 22 on the second floor provided the best sea view, with large windows facing the setting sun over Cardiff Bay. The breakfast was superb, cooked to order with locally-sourced bacon and delicious mushrooms. The guest lounge and bar were comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The location was in a quiet residential area, yet still within easy walking distance of the beach and town center. The proprietor was extremely attentive and friendly, dealing with any minor issues promptly. our stay exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, presentation, and personal touches.

The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of choices to satisfy every palate.

Noisy room.

The hotel was in a great location close to the beach and local shops. The breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We found that the room could have been cleaner, there were stains on the carpets and the bathroom could have been fresher. the room was quite small and lacked sufficient storage space for our luggage.
