The location of the hotel was very central, making it convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas. It was right in the center of town and within a 5-10 minute walk to main attractions. there were plenty of dining options nearby, including the option to order food via reception and have it delivered to your room.

The reception was located on Level 1, rather than the entrance level of the building. This made some guests feel uneasy, particularly when returning alone late at night, as there was no staff present at the entrance.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our Christmas stay. They were helpful and efficient with any requests we had, ensuring that our needs were met. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spotless and well-maintained.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the lack of amenities provided in the room. There were only a few dishes, glasses, and mugs, which made it impractical to use the dishwasher.

I recently stayed at Quest in Liverpool for a short trip. The staff, especially Nikki, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had comfortable beds. I loved the view from both the front and back of the hotel, depending on the room. The one bed rooms and Studio were equally nice, and I appreciated the kitchenette and gym facilities. it was a great experience and I highly recommend Quest.
