The location of the hotel was very central, making it convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas. It was right in the center of town and within a 5-10 minute walk to main attractions. there were plenty of dining options nearby, including the option to order food via reception and have it delivered to your room.

The reception was located on Level 1, rather than the entrance level of the building. This made some guests feel uneasy, particularly when returning alone late at night, as there was no staff present at the entrance.

The location is amazing, right in the center of everything with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and full of life. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen facilities are great, and the option to order food to the room is convenient.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the lack of amenities provided in the room. There were only a few dishes, glasses, and mugs, which made it impractical to use the dishwasher.

I recently stayed at Quest in Liverpool for a short trip. The staff, especially Nikki, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had comfortable beds. I loved the view from both the front and back of the hotel, depending on the room. The one bed rooms and Studio were equally nice, and I appreciated the kitchenette and gym facilities. it was a great experience and I highly recommend Quest.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The location was great, right in the heart of the city centre and within walking distance to everything I needed. The service was top-notch with all the staff members being very friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were amazing, especially the washing machine and dryer, which made my stay more comfortable.

Everything was fantastic.

Great location and friendly staff. We stayed here for a weekend and everything we needed was within walking distance, including plenty of restaurants. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the complimentary WiFi and the little kitchenette which came in handy for making snacks and drinks.

the room was not cleaned daily and some basic items were missing, like a toilet brush and enough toiletries for our three-night stay.

Staff were accommodating and efficient. They went above and beyond in fulfilling our requests and even mailed back misplaced items promptly. The reception's shop was a convenient touch. The modern decor and cleanliness were impressive. Great location. The apartment with a separate living room was like a mini home. Thanks for everything!

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the center of the city. It's within walking distance to everything, including the train station. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The staff is also friendly and professional, offering helpful advice on places to eat and visit. The apartments are spotlessly clean throughout, with excellent facilities such as a kitchenette and a washer & dryer.

The checkout time of 11am is a bit early, especially considering the check-in time is not until 3pm.

The location of Quest Liverpool City Centre is outstanding, with easy access to everything. The room was modern, comfortable, and had a great city view. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The staff, particularly Nicki and Claire, were polite and helpful. The hotel even accommodated my partner's wheelchair, providing plenty of room to maneuver. They made my partner's birthday extra special, considering he had been unwell. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.
