The hotel location was amazing, it was close to major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities that added to the comfort of the stay. One of the best aspects was the complimentary upgrade given to our entire group, it was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall experience.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. Firstly, there was a mix-up with the welcome card which was addressed to someone else.

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated us with exceptional care and were always polite and helpful.

The breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of fresh fruit options.

The staff were incredible, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. the rooms were so comfortable, with beds that felt like clouds. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to everything I wanted to explore.

The only downside was that the room I stayed in was a little small, but it was still cozy and had great air conditioning. the bed was also a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but I learned from that and will book a bigger bed for my next visit.

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to everything that we intended to visit. It is within walking distance of all the major sights and is conveniently located near two different metro lines. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the Cambridge Theatre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection. the restaurant downstairs is more of a bar than a dining place, which provided a nice atmosphere in the evening.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a vibrant area, just a few steps away from Covent Garden and Leicester Square tube stations. The location is excellent for those who want to be in the midst of everything. It is so close to everything that guests can easily explore the city. The rooms are modern, comfortable, clean, and well-furnished with everything expected in a very good hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is delicious.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom might be a bit small for larger individuals and could use more instructions on how to operate certain facilities in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for theatres and the breakfast had a great selection of food. The service from the staff, especially Kostadin at reception, was exceptional. The facilities like the fitness studio and free Wi-Fi were all excellent.
