We had a wonderful city trip and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms provided everything we needed, and the beautiful entrance was inviting. the hotel's location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars within a short walk, while still being located in a peaceful area.

It was not getting cold and despite maintenance's efforts, the issue persisted. the initial price advertised did not include all the taxes and charges, resulting in a higher cost than expected.

The hotel boasts a great location with easy access to the tube stops and surrounding area. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, and there are plenty of facilities to keep you busy. Enjoy breakfast for an extra price or head over to the O2 arena for events. The rooms are spacious and come with well-equipped bathrooms. Relax with a good book or catch up on work in the comfortable surroundings of your room. The lovely view from the restaurant and balcony adds extra wow factor.

Some guests have noted that the area around the hotel can be quite spaced out and under construction.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and the spacious rooms with amazing views of the river. The bar decor was lovely, but the drinks were overpriced. Despite this, we had a overall pleasant stay.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the O2 Arena. The staff were very attentive and showed nice touches like leaving a cake in the room for my daughter's birthday. The breakfast, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with views over the arena, was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing.

Our room choice was not initially available and we had to wait to be allocated the rooms we had booked. The restaurant had limited food options, and we were disappointed to be asked to use the same cutlery for starters and mains.

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the river and O2. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, with three TVs and complimentary snacks provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the O2 and a resident cab company that made transportation a breeze.
