Only downside was the front door being tricky to find on foot, but we discovered the back entrance. Enjoyed the live entertainment and sun terrace during our stay. Room cleanliness was a huge letdown during our xmas stay. From unclean showers and broken phones to dirty carpets and bed frames, the lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping staff was concerning.

The food and drinks at Voco Belfast were fantastic, with great quality and pricing. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Dagmar and Ben. the bed was comfy, the room spacious with a cool view of the docks. the location was convenient, and the sausages at breakfast were a hit. the hotel's relaxation facilities like the sun terrace made our stay enjoyable, and nearby landmarks like Titanic Belfast and Queen's University added to our family bonding experience. the only downside was the outdated and somewhat unclean room, with some maintenance issues, but the overall value for money and lovely staff made up for it.
