Room blinds letting in too much light!!! Cracked sink takes ages to drain!!! Lounge TV connectivity issues!!! Found strange stains on towels!!! Floors in need of a thorough vacuuming!!!

the hotel is ideally located across the river (very scenic) and within walking distance to several attractions. the staff were wonderful, from reception to housekeeping, ensuring a pleasant stay during our visit.

room could use refreshing (some wear noticeable).

Only one socket by the bed!!! The room design could use an update. it felt awkward and cramped. More attention could be paid to the changing rooms in the pool area to eliminate that odd smell!!!

We had an awesome time hanging out with friends! The spot is perfect for checking out nearby attractions like the Stadium of Light and exploring the vibrant city center. The staff were welcoming and the room was clean. Make sure to note that parking is extra though! Definitely order breakfast and check out the bar for a nightcap. Overall a great value for the area!

The bar prices were quite high. we paid over £6 for a bottle of ale, which was a bit steep. This caught us off guard, but we enjoyed everything else despite it. Just be prepared for that.

Staying on the river was lovely. close to shops and the city centre. The breakfast variety was impressive and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. The bar area was inviting for evening relaxations.

The air conditioning could be more effective. it struggled to cool the room. Check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

Spacious room, friendly staff, and a great fitness center with well-equipped facilities made my stay enjoyable, complemented by a decent breakfast selection and convenient access to nearby attractions.

So we spent a night recently and I gotta say the spa was a highlight for us. The treatments were intense, I mean my back felt like it was floating after that massage, the therapist was impressive. We also enjoyed the main meal on arrival, it came out all at once, which is rare these days and made it special. Breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes, hard to beat for a hotel meal.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable to what we received.
