The dining room where we had breakfast was modern, bright, airy, and elegant. The breakfast menu had a good selection of Asian and Western dishes, and we especially enjoyed the eggs Benedict with Salmon from the à la Carte menu. The staff were super friendly and nice, and they approached us for help before we even had to ask. The hotel is situated next to a shopping center, Central Embassy, which has many different restaurants, cafes, and shops. The location is also convenient, as it is near everything we needed. The poolside was popular and we relaxed by the pool during our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we loved the comfort of the room and the Japanese aesthetics in the design.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a lot of different options! Plus, the hotel staff was always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and only a short walk away from the shopping district. A free shuttle was also provided to take us to key tourist hotspots.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have expected, and the décor was a bit outdated. Plus, the AC wasn't working as expected, which made our stay uncomfortable during the hot weather season.

It was convenient for shopping and exploring. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool overlooked the park and surrounding tall buildings, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

One of the downsides was the pillow, which was too soft for my liking and caused discomfort in my neck after a few nights. Additionally, the GPS directions to the hotel were confusing, making it difficult to find for those who were not familiar with the area.

In the restaurant where we had breakfast, the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, providing all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had excellent facilities such as an infinity pool.
