I simply adored the elegant decorations at this hotel, especially the cozy lounge area with its soft armchairs and beautiful artwork. It made me feel like I was in a fancy English manor from a bygone era. the hotel also had ramps and handrails everywhere, making it easy for senior folks like me to navigate around without any trouble.

Would appreciate larger text on signs for elderly guests.

Staying at Rafayel Hotel & Spa during my transit in London was made incredibly convenient by the close proximity to Clapham Junction, just a 10-minute walk away. the free shuttle transfer to the nearest public transport links provided a hassle-free way to access the station, allowing for easy and efficient travel around the city.

Went to Hotel Triplets Entertainment and danced all night! Then visited a rad rooftop bar with epic views. Hotel's sauna and steam room helped us recover the next day.

Could use a more happening on-site nightclub for party-loving teens.

The hotel had excellent facilities including a spa, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi. the breakfast options were abundant, offering a delicious cooked breakfast and continental choices. the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. the location by the Thames river provided stunning views and easy access to major tourist areas.
