Comfortable and Luxurious Stay

the plush furnishings, comfortable bed, and clean room with Elemis toiletries made my stay truly relaxing. the friendly staff and delicious food added to the overall positive experience. improvements could be made in terms of soundproofing to enhance privacy and reduce noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

The location is convenient for travel to M1 or East Midlands Airport. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. the Marco Pierre White restaurant offers a good dining experience with apologetic service, as Giles, the head waiter, refunded the cost of the meal due to an issue. the cloth and napkins were of good quality and services rendered promptly.

Elevator issues led to some inconvenience during the stay.

The database was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed quickly. the room was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

My room overlooked the noisy extractor fans from the kitchens which ran constantly throughout the night. there was no air conditioning in the room, and the staff at reception showed little interest in addressing the issue or providing any solutions.

My friends and I had a blast at the HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and the pool. We had a rad time splashing around and chilling in the spa. the staff was super chill and helped us out when we needed it.

Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for party animals like us. A designated area for late-night fun would've been epic!
