I had a wonderful, home-from-home experience at Rayanne House. the location was beautiful, with lovely grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. the room was warm and quiet, thanks to the heavy curtains that effectively blocked out light. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary hot drinks and a glass of port in the room. the ambience was cozy and inviting, with beautiful paintings and pottery on display throughout the house. the staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of delicious food served in a gorgeous breakfast room. the reliable and fast WiFi was a bonus, and I would definitely recommend Rayanne House to others and hope to return for a longer stay next time.

During our stay at Rayanne House, we were warmly welcomed by Simon who quickly arranged a room for us after a terrible experience at another nearby property. The well-appointed room on the ground floor provided us with much-needed rest before attending a family wedding. The delicious breakfast served at our requested time was the perfect start to the day. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service and even providing a meal when the restaurant was closed. With breathtaking water views and comfortable rooms, Rayanne House is the perfect place to stay when visiting Holywood. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and value for money.

The staff at this boutique guest house were majorly friendly and helpful. The general decor gave off a cozy atmosphere, making me feel right at home. Despite a minor noise issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend this top quality establishment for anyone visiting the area.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a short drive away from the city centre of East Belfast. The character of the house and its grounds were superb, providing a beautiful setting for our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean, complete with a comfortable bed and a stunning bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of delicious options, beautifully presented and accompanied by excellent coffee. The views from the bedroom windows were delightful, overlooking a large garden with trees and a lawn.

The level of dust in the room bothered me a bit, as I have asthma and found myself needing my inhaler at night. However, I understand that this may be difficult to avoid in such a historic building.

Our stay at Rayanne House was amazing! We were in the area for a golf tournament and the hotel was conveniently located for our early tee times. The Twin Beds were comfortable and our room had a fantastic view of the water. The breakfast at Rayanne House was the best we've had in Northern Ireland, with a menu that offered unique and traditional Irish dishes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a cozy and delicious stay near Belfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality food. The room we stayed in had a lovely view and was comfortable. The hotel is located on the main street, making it convenient for transportation and access to nearby attractions such as the Giants Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.

We could see the sea, and it was just magnificent. the location was perfect- close to the city and yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Plus, parking was never an issue.

The noise level was unbearable. We could hear everything from the kitchen, as our room was adjacent to it.
