Great location near the beach and convenience stores, comfy and clean rooms, helpful staff.

The hotel is set back from the road more than expected, occasional disturbance from alarms in neighboring rooms, bathroom needs maintenance and deep cleaning, one elevator out of order.

It is also surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it easy for backpackers to explore the local area. The rooms are comfortable, with super comfortable beds and balconies offering nice views. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service during the stay. The breakfast has a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel has a stunning swimming pool with a clean and nice view.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin, which can result in a noisy environment and disruptions during the night.

Great breakfast options, especially for English guests like me. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The cafe area had a nice ambience and overall the service was very good. Even got a late check-out, which was a great help. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was small and outdated, and the soundproofing was poor. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a strange odor.

The upgraded room with pool view, clean and nice. Varied and delicious breakfast. Big, comfortable bed. Free water bottles. Spacious shower with separate toilet area. Quiet location but still close to the center, beach and restaurants. Friendly staff.

We recently stayed at this venue and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to all the attractions, yet it was situated in a quiet side street away from all the noise. The hotel had everything we needed, such as 24-hour room service, housekeeping, laundry, and wake up service. Additionally, the staff was very hospitable and accommodating, providing lovely service throughout our stay, especially the receptionist, who had made great efforts to ensure that we had a great experience.

I stayed at Ramada for a few nights and it was a great experience. The hotel is in a quiet location and offers good value for the price. The staff were attentive and took good care of us. The room was spacious, well-designed, and everything looked new. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've seen in Asia, with a good range of options. The hotel facilities were also good, and having a car park was convenient. a highly recommended hotel.
