We recently stayed in a spacious and clean room with a comfortable seating area and a large television. The location was way above the Blackpool standard, just off the main road, and close to popular attractions like the sea life center, the tower, and the beach. The service was friendly and the breakfast exceptional, with a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit, pastries, and a delicious full English breakfast.

The doorbell didn't seem to work properly and fell off during our stay.

This guesthouse is a hidden gem with a welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts, and lovely little extras like cake available all day. The location is ideal, and they even offer a few choices for evening meals. The bed was comfy, the linen and towels smelled amazing, and the parking, although a bit of a walk, was reasonably priced.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We absolutely loved our stay at this guesthouse during the Christmas holidays. the warm and friendly welcome we received from the hosts made us feel right at home. the room was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful en suite bathroom. the breakfast selection was amazing, offering a variety of options including yogurt and fruit. the homemade cakes were a delightful treat after a long day out exploring. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to public transportation. One of the best aspects was the personalized service provided by the hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.
