the overnight break included an ESPA 30-minute Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, which was a truly relaxing experience. the hotel's state-of-the-art gym with Technogym equipment, fitness studio, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room. the property itself is simply stunning, with a comfortable bed and a lovely spa where we indulged in a group facial and purchased some fantastic products from ESPA. the staff were exceptional, attentive, and professional, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly return to enjoy the spa and room again.

I stayed at the charming Redworth Hall Hotel for a family getaway and was truly impressed. the lovely location, beautiful building, and spacious family room with convenient amenities like a hairdryer and iron made our stay comfortable. the friendly restaurant staff and welcoming spa treatment added to the overall relaxing experience. the grounds are perfect for evening drinks, creating a cozy and private atmosphere that I loved.

Just stayed at a place near a cozy pub in Crook. the view from the room was incredible! LOVED the spa & wellness center. Would come back for sure. the photos don't do it justice.

The hotel had a lovely location with beautiful grounds, ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway. the spa and treatments were of good quality, providing a nice way to unwind during the stay. the bar area near the spa was convenient and had friendly and helpful staff.

The experience was marred by various issues. From rude and unhelpful reception staff to mix-ups with room bookings and amenities not being provided as paid for, the stay was far from relaxing.

we had a delightful time at Cairn. the grounds were stunning, offering outdoor games for the children and picturesque exploration. the room was spacious and comfortable, with delicious food at the 1744 restaurant. the duty manager provided excellent customer care and addressed our concerns promptly.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning hotel architecture and its well-manicured grounds. the staff, including Andrew in the health club area, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the meals served were delicious, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of both hot and cold options. the amenities, such as free-to-use spa facilities and EV charging stations, were impressive.

The database provided a wide range of options to choose from. the room was spacious and had 6 scruffy tables with no table cloths. the oversize bed and spa bath added to the luxurious feel of the accommodation. the comfy beds for 3 adults were a welcome change from a fold-up bed option.

The Lounge Bar menu is perfect for informal dining, with comforting classics and sweet treats. the building is stunning, and the Afternoon Tea was delightful. Linda at the pool was lovely.

Location was stunning, surrounded by wild bunnies. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room. Still, the daily room cleaning and enjoyable morning spa sessions made up for it. the hotel's breakfast filled me up well.
