We recently stayed at a hotel in a picturesque location for a conference in Newbury. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and polite. During the evening meal, they promptly brought us drinks and bread and butter. They even went above and beyond to quickly bring a salad for my colleague who had forgotten to order a side dish. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Regency Park Hotel for a few days and it was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The Deputy Manager was particularly attentive and addressed all of my concerns. The pool was fantastic, although it did get quite busy at times. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I had a wonderful time at the hotel.
