I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the Ottawa River and close to a nice restaurant and a large shopping mall. The staff were friendly and the rooms had been upgraded with comfortable beds and a well-equipped coffee machine. I also appreciated that breakfast was included.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I can't think of any improvements needed.
