As a tourist, I absolutely loved the fantastic location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near Deansgate, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff greeted us warmly and the customer care was exceptional. Despite a hiccup with our initial room, we were promptly given another room and even received complimentary drinks. The room itself was spacious, well-presented, and free from any road noise. Additionally, the breakfast provided was one of the best I've had in Manchester.

During my recent stay at the Renaissance, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I arrived early, Jayne at reception kindly stored my luggage until my room was ready. She showed great professionalism and competence throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable king-size bed and a convenient rotating TV stand. Housekeeping even made an unexpected visit in the evening, closing the curtains and leaving a delightful welcome chocolate on the bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to attractions and amenities. The breakfast was delicious, although there was a slight wait due to the high number of guests. Despite a couple of minor issues like the lack of a safe and some outside noise, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I was impressed with the courteous staff, nice room, and great location at the Renaissance.

As a satisfied guest at Renaissance, I had a fantastic stay. The room felt like a spacious apartment, with comfortable beds and a brilliant location. The staff provided exceptional customer service, being welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hospitality on arrival was great, with a drink of water and a sweet offered as we waited to check in. I would definitely stay here again for the 5-star comfort and the obliging front desk staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city, just across the road from the famous Arndale shopping center. The location was perfect for exploring Central Manchester with everything around us, including a short 10-minute walk to the arena for our show. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed a great view from our window. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, catering to all preferences.

The lack of shower curtains in the bathroom, which posed a health hazard.

This place is in a really good area, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. We loved the service, from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The dining restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. we had a fantastic experience here.

Great location with private parking and a lift. The room service burger was delicious. Adjoining rooms were a plus, perfect for a group. Impressive decor, especially the wallpaper and curtains. Staff were friendly and offered a complimentary cocktail.

Beautiful interior and great location, right across the road from a shopping center. The room was large and spacious, with a lounge area, perfect for a group of adults. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even brought a small surprise birthday treat to our room for free.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Firstly, the room had a high level of condensation, and we were unable to open the windows to improve ventilation.
