As a tourist, I absolutely loved the fantastic location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near Deansgate, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff greeted us warmly and the customer care was exceptional. Despite a hiccup with our initial room, we were promptly given another room and even received complimentary drinks. The room itself was spacious, well-presented, and free from any road noise. Additionally, the breakfast provided was one of the best I've had in Manchester.

Housekeeping even made an unexpected visit in the evening, closing the curtains and leaving a delightful welcome chocolate on the bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to attractions and amenities. The breakfast was delicious, although there was a slight wait due to the high number of guests. Despite a couple of minor issues like the lack of a safe and some outside noise, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I was impressed with the courteous staff, nice room, and great location at the Renaissance.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city, just across the road from the famous Arndale shopping center. The location was perfect for exploring Central Manchester with everything around us, including a short 10-minute walk to the arena for our show. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed a great view from our window. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out.
