Excellent location for exploring central London.

The room was incredibly cramped, making it hard to move around comfortably. I was on the third floor with no elevator, so dragging my heavy suitcase up all those stairs was a real hassle. The lack of basic amenities like a kettle or toiletries in the room was disappointing, and asking for anything felt like a chore for the staff.

No elevator, so be prepared to tackle those stairs repeatedly!!! The size of the rooms may feel cramped for larger individuals, and electric plug availability is quite limited. A kettle in the room would be a welcome addition!!!

had a real good time at ridgemount. staff were super friendly and always helpful. the location is perf, just a few min walk to tube stations and lots of restaurants. room was small but clean, and the breakfast was yummy with lots of choices, like eggs, bacon, and cereal. it’s a cozy place and you really feel at home here.

The room was charming and the breakfast was plentiful, offering eggs, bacon, and porridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Just a short walk to multiple tube stations too!

We had two rooms and everyone was happy, even with a family of six it felt comfortable. The staff went out of their way to wash our clothes for a small fee, which was super helpful when traveling light.

I had a lovely stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a walk away from many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, even suggesting great places to eat nearby. Breakfast included many choices. I enjoyed the full English breakfast each morning. There was a bit of street noise, but that didn't bother me. Overall, I felt I received good value for my stay and appreciated the clean and tidy environment. I'll return on my next visit to London!

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for visiting the University of London's main campus and nearby hospitals. Our room was big enough for the five of us, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast included hot options, which were lovely. Perfect spot to tour the area!
