The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The twin room was small but spotless, with a lovely gift of Scottish tablet on the bed and windows that open wide. They provided a brand new kettle upon request and had a great selection of loose teas in the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lovely little touches throughout.

The hotel has an interesting decor with quirky details, such as a swing in the lobby. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. the location offered stunning views of the water. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cooked breakfast hit the spot. We were pleasantly surprised to find complementary bottled water in our room.

Some aspects of our stay were not as enjoyable. the bathroom required more attention to cleanliness and the door design felt uncomfortable.

The room service provided was excellent. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were delighted to find these facilities available at the hotel.

Free parking available at nearby leisure centre. Some rooms can be hot/airless, but fans are provided. No communal lounge area, but bar/eating area is welcoming. a fantastic place for a weekend getaway.
