I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in a lovely coastal town. The location was fantastic, with the town center, beach, and even a steam railway right on the doorstep. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a warm and cozy atmosphere and plenty of little extras. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who served up a delicious and varied breakfast, including a full English and a continental spread. It was a great value for money, with everything you needed provided. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the town centre and close to the beach. We also enjoyed being opposite the Church we visit when we can, adding to the charm of the area. The room was well-furnished, comfortable, and decorated with lovely pastel shades. The bathroom was nice with a good shower over the bath. The owners were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local places to visit and dine at.

The limited parking options in the area made it difficult for us, as disabled guests, to find a spot near the hotel without worrying about moving the car.

our recent stay at rivendell guest house in swanage exceeded our expectations. friendly hosts, spacious rooms, and great location near the seafront and supermarket. the well-appointed room had all the amenities we needed, and the shower room was stocked with high-quality toiletries. the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering advice on local attractions. breakfast was delicious with a choice between cooked or continental options.

The ensuite had a powerful shower and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The WiFi worked well, which is essential for 21st-century travelers. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
