I recently stayed at Riverbanc in Llangollen for a short break and had a wonderful time. The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast served on the beautiful decking overlooking the River Dee was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, promptly providing plates and cutlery so we could enjoy our takeaways in our room. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the various activities and restaurants available. The keyless access doors were a great feature, providing convenience and peace of mind. it was a delightful stay and I can't wait to return!

The room was bright and had a great view of the river. the towels provided were fluffy and the bathroom was really modern with a hot shower. the staff went above and beyond to help me access the building.

There didn't seem to be any staff on site after the cafe closed, and we were given a mobile number for emergencies. the entry system was a bit confusing with keypads and pin numbers.
