The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious and spotless bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff, particularly Joseph, provided excellent service. The food was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel. The location was surprising, as it was a quiet and peaceful spot by the river, perfect for exploring this part of England.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the river, offering a beautiful view from the gardens. It is also conveniently close to attractions such as the National memorial arboretum. The staff were lovely and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was excellent, with a beautiful river running alongside the hotel, providing stunning views and lovely walks. The basic amenities in the room were perfect for our stay, and although the room wasn't the largest, it was still comfortable. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and offered great value for money.

The breakfast, while not the best we've had, was still decent with plenty of choice. However, there was a bit of a mix-up with the kitchen being closed, which left us a bit disappointed.

During my recent stay at Riverside Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location and efficient staff. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the noise from outside and the close proximity of the outdoor tables to the bedrooms, I had a memorable and enjoyable stay. The Riverside Hotel By Chef & Brewer Collection in Burton-upon-Trent exceeded our expectations in several areas. the value for money was fantastic, with reasonable prices and included breakfast options catering to various dietary needs. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the lovely decor in the rooms to the quiet but effective air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel's location by the beautiful river in a nice area made our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that the rooms were cleaned daily and that guests were well taken care of.

We got great value for our money with a comfy bed and a reasonably sized room. The location of the hotel along the river was perfect for enjoyable walks, especially in nice weather. The pub had a lovely decor, and our room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff, especially the breakfast team, were friendly and accommodating. The Branston suite exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and tasteful design. The large bath in the room was a fantastic addition for relaxation. The food at the pub, both for dinner and breakfast, was delicious.

I stayed here for my daughter's wedding and had a wonderful time. The location by the river was stunning, and the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was excellent value. The rooms had recently been revamped and were lovely. We even received a glass of pink Prosecco as a surprise for our anniversary. it was a picturesque and quiet location, and the breakfast was fantastic.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this hotel! the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic, with many options to choose from. We also appreciated the beautiful grounds and the location close to the river.

The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the reasonable prices for breakfast, which included a variety of options, even catering to those with a dairy free diet. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I'm already planning to return next year.

Everything was better than expected.

I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided during my stay at Riverside Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The facilities, food, and bar arrangement were all excellent, making my post-funeral reception a truly memorable occasion for all 60+ attendees.

Although the room and breakfast were good, I must admit that the room was a bit smaller than I had expected. Additionally, the dinner experience on Monday, Aug 12th was well below par, due to the absence of the head chef.
