The location of this guest house is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It is also conveniently close to the town centre and a grocery store where you can get the best prices for bottled water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and up-to-date en suite bathrooms. The owner/manager provides excellent service and the breakfast options are amazing. Additionally, there is a lounge area for relaxation and a drying room for wet walking gear.

The view from the guest house is not particularly impressive.

Great location! Set in a peaceful area but an easy walk into the town center. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. the lounge area was perfect for a post-walk rest with a glass of wine. Breakfast was top-notch with a choice of three menu options.

The en-suite was a bit tight, the toilet placement felt uncomfortable. However, with everything else being so great, it was just a minor inconvenience.

Excellent base, close to all attractions and super sunset for free

During my recent stay at a lovely base in Ullapool, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. Being close to all the attractions made exploring the area a breeze. I particularly enjoyed watching the breathtaking sunset at no extra cost. The comfortable bedroom and modern en suite added to the overall comfort of my stay. It was also great to have a lounge area where I could meet other guests and gather useful visitor information. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options including a delicious fruit salad and cooked dishes. The added facilities like the drying room for wet gear and the availability of an ironing board and iron were much appreciated. Off-road parking was also a plus.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, and had a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and waterfront. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us tips on local hiking trails and restaurants.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with the addition of an extra lamp in the room, as it was a bit too dark at night with just the bedside lamps.
