As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near the river, town center, bars, and shops. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was nice. The owners were friendly, helpful, and always available. Great services overall.

The location is close enough to the town centre, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The rooms are large and comfortable, with modern decor and clean bathrooms. The hosts provide a warm welcome and excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is delicious, with a small but good menu. Additionally, the guesthouse offers free WiFi and a fantastic view of the nearby river.

Limited on-street parking is the only drawback mentioned by guests.

The location of Riverview Guesthouse was perfect, with beautiful views of the river. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. Had a nice thanksgiving weekend in a place near the river, with a couple of cool things to do around and a good breakfast in the morning. the bed was kind of soft but still comfortable to sleep on it, and the water pressure was amazing in the shower.

But, I must say that the bathroom was a bit old with not so great maintenance, and I expected it to be cleaner.

It was a short walk to the town and major attractions, and there was convenient parking nearby. the breakfast was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs and salmon - the best I've ever had! I highly recommend Room Only Corbies Rest for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a short walk along the river to the city centre. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed and great water pressure in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety and top-quality produce. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The landlord can be slightly chatty, but you can easily avoid chatting if you prefer. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

During our three-week trip, one of the best locations we stayed at was Corbies Rest. Situated across from a park and the river, it offered a beautiful setting. Its proximity to the main commercial district and restaurants was ideal, as we could easily walk to these amenities. The guest house itself was well positioned and appointed. The proprietor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Despite our room overlooking the roadway, we experienced no notable traffic noise. In the morning, we enjoyed a well-cooked and well-presented breakfast with a wide selection of cereals, pastries, fruit, cheeses. The pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, along with the convenient location by the river and a short walk from the city center, made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning to this B&B when we are in the area again, as it represents great value.

stayed at a great place in inverness, room only corbies rest, and had an amazing time! the owner was so friendly and helpful, even had fresh flowers in the entryway. breakfast options were fantastic, and the location was convenient by the river and close to downtown. highly recommended!
