We had an amazing stay at this centrally located condo in Kona! The value for our money was great - clean rooms, comfy beds, and all the amenities we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to the nice-sized TV with free Netflix and Apple TV. The location was perfect, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and shopping nearby. The staff was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement - maybe adding a few more options would be nice. But overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Our stay at Palani Condo was a great value for the money, with a well-equipped and clean room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check out for our convenience.

The location was great, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The parking right in front of the unit was convenient. the pool was a nice place to hang out and the air-conditioning worked well to keep us cool. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided, including the umbrella and beach chairs.

There were a few negatives to our stay. The unit was quite dated and in need of some maintenance.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the center of town and within walking distance to the beach. Guests can easily explore the surrounding area and even visit the Captain Cook monument. The rooms are decent-sized and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and necessary amenities like beach towels, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards provided.

The kitchen in some rooms needs repairs, such as broken sheetrock and a missing glass pane in the kitchen window.

loved our stay at palani condo! perfect location near downtown kona, grocery store next door, and only blocks from the pier. clean, cool, and comfy with great amenities like snorkeling gear and a refreshing pool. on-site assistance was readily available and the owner was amazing to work with.
