I had a fabulous time during my recent stay at Rnli College. The location was perfect, with Poole quay and the high street within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was nice and clean, and the view from my window was beautiful. The comfort and quality of the bed and linen were exceptional, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel restaurant offered a good selection of food at reasonable prices. I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at Rnli College again in the future.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. One thing that could have been better was the breakfast.

During my recent stay at Rnli College, I had the pleasure of experiencing their excellent private events team service. Susi helped organize a reunion meal for us, and the room was beautifully set up with name places and a chart at the entrance. The Harbour View room provided a picturesque view of Holes Bay. The college's hotel, restaurant, and bar all support the deserving RNLI charity. I highly recommend Rnli College for any private event or even just a casual drink while enjoying the amazing view.

The hotel offers exceptional value for money, with prices that are very reasonable compared to other local hotels. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms with fantastic views over the harbour, to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Poole Quay and the restaurants and shops, offering everything you need to do and see in the harbour. The breakfast, served with a beautiful view of the harbour, is also a highlight with a good choice of dishes that even include toast in their description.

We had such a fun stay at this unique hotel! Being immersed in the college atmosphere was a wonderful idea. It was a treat to watch the trainees go out on the lifeboats during breakfast. The location near the Quay was perfect, and the free parking was a great bonus. The room had a great theme that made us appreciate the rnli even more. we loved our experience at this hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the exceptional service and amenities at the RNLI College. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with beautiful views over the harbor. The comfortable beds and complimentary parking added to the convenience. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the Riggers Restaurant offered excellent value for dinner. The bar was a great place to unwind and enjoy the stunning sunset. The location was perfect, with Poole Quay and boat excursions just a short walk away. We also enjoyed a fascinating tour of the training facilities, learning more about the important work of the RNLI.

Helpful staff and good food at the restaurant, with reasonable prices and a 2-for-1 deal. Great location for exploring the surrounding area and easy walking distance to attractions.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Poole. the location was perfect, right on the waterfront with fantastic views over the harbor. It was also just a short walk away from the main town area and only a 5-minute taxi ride from the ferry terminal, making it really convenient for exploring the rest of Dorset. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided excellent customer service and were always keen to assist with anything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nautical theme that added a nice touch to the overall experience. Plus, waking up to a lovely view of the harbor was a great way to start the day.

All in all, I had a great time at this hotel and there was nothing that I found particularly negative about my stay.

You can watch the boats go by from your window and it's a beautiful sight. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable and include a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including toast. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

All was well and there's nothing to complain about.

Additionally, there is easy access for disabled guests with convenient parking facilities nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Guests can also indulge in a delicious breakfast, prepared freshly and served by the obliging staff.

The bar service may need some improvement.

Great location overlooking the harbor. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped bedrooms. Delicious self-service breakfast with plenty of choices. Well-stocked bar with local gins and beers at reasonable prices. Lovely view of the harbor from the bar.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we were incredibly impressed with the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One particular incident stood out to us. We had ordered a specific dish for dinner, but mistakenly received a different one. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation, apologizing for the mix-up and promptly bringing us the dish we had originally ordered. Their quick resolution and attentiveness truly impressed us.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lukewarm breakfast and a brief inconvenience caused by the cleaning of the lifts during a busy morning, these did not significantly diminish our overall positive experience at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and efficient, always wearing a smile. The hotel facilities were great and very clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with the option to take food with you. The location was close to the town center and the old town quay where you can catch a ferry to Brownsea Island.
