The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm and helpful. They accommodated all of our special requirements without any trouble, including storing my husband's bicycle and catering to our gluten and lactose intolerance. the room was large and cozy with lovely decor, and the bathroom was huge. We even got upgraded to a luxurious room, which was a wonderful surprise. the food was delicious and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. it was a special treat staying at Rocpool Reserve Hotel & Restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at a charming boutique hotel near a castle. The staff were warm, charming, and efficient, going above and beyond to make our visit marvelous. Special mention to Aylii who provided excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The food was plentiful and beautifully presented, and our room/suite was lovely with a comfortable bed and a super bathroom. Despite minor issues with some furniture and the emergency lighting, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a special occasion. it was a truly cherished experience.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was amazing! It was wonderful to wake up to a stunning view of the city and the hills beyond. We also loved the fact that the hotel is located in a prime location, walking distance from local shops and restaurants. the breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Although the overall stay was great, we did feel that the dinner portions were a bit small considering how much we paid. we wish that we were given more options for our meal, as there were not many vegetarian options available.

The room was spotless with a comfy bed and good ventilation. Our room had a small deck and hot tub, making it spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of delicious meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Located just a short walk from the city centre, our hotel was perfectly situated for exploring the charming streets of the town. We were delighted to discover that the hotel was nestled on a hill above the river, allowing us to enjoy stunning views of the Christmas lights reflecting on the water. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and a beautifully appointed bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, attending to our every need with warmth and attentiveness. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day off right. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely evening in the hotel's luxurious restaurant, where the food was simply superb. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated to a truly delightful and memorable experience.

phenomenal stay, exceeded expectations at this luxurious hotel. everything from the warm welcome to the upgraded room and incredible staff made it truly special. breakfast was superb with a wide variety of delicious options. will definitely recommend to others visiting inverness.

Uncomfortable bed.

This hotel embodies luxurious relaxation. the exclusive amenities are outstanding, with a Sun terrace and private facilities that were perfect for our stay. the room advantages were recognizable, featuring attentive service and a fantastic In-room breakfast. Chefs at the Restaurant offered delicious and creative dishes, and the Bar/ Lounge area was a comfortable place to savor a drink.

Although this venue was amazing, the Outdoor dining could have been more accommodating. We looked forward to trying the Snack bar, but there weren't many options.

The value for money was great, and we were delighted with the luxurious and spacious room. The location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, particularly in terms of the cooked eggs.

We had a fantastic experience at Rocpool. the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. From being upgraded to a lovely room to accommodating our special dietary needs, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. the food was exceptional and beautifully presented. the location, despite being in town, was quiet and convenient. the staff truly made our stay a treat, and we were even given Elemis products for the bathroom. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
