Celebrated my 10th wedding anniversary with my gorgeous wife at Dream Inn. The staff was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is the best I've experienced in this city. O'Neil restaurant offered delicious food with excellent ambiance and a spectacular ocean view. Beautifully decorated rooms, conscientious and helpful service personnel, and an appreciated heated pool. Parking attendants were very helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Santa Cruz with an amazing view. All the rooms had 180-degree views of the ocean, which was absolutely breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash against the shore. The location of this hotel right on the beach, next to the Boardwalk, was perfect. It was so convenient to be able to step right onto the sandy beach and take a walk. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were modern and well-furnished, with attention to detail in the decor. The basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the prices were reasonable, with breakfast included.

Great location, perfect for a family getaway! We had a wonderful time at Dream Inn. The hotel is ideally located and offers stunning ocean views. The recent renovations are impressive, with added seating areas and a fantastic restaurant serving delicious food. We loved starting our day with fresh berries and granola while enjoying the view. The staff, especially valet Patrick, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also provides access to a microwave for guests, which was convenient. we had a wonderful experience at Dream Inn and would highly recommend it.

The hotel had fantastic views of the ocean and the nearby attractions. The onsite dining was a bit disappointing. the restaurant, although in a prime beachfront location, did not live up to expectations.

Dream Inn is now our go-to hotel when visiting Santa Cruz, and we can't wait to return.

The location of the hotel was amazing, the view was breathtaking. the staff who were helping in the conference room and catering were attentive, friendly, and very helpful. the food during the conference was delicious and the kitchen staff was very mindful of different dietary restrictions.

The political issue was really annoying. the employee labor union encouraged staff members to get sympathy from guests.
