The staff were incredibly friendly. always there to help. The room was clean, with modern decor that felt refreshing. Loved having breakfast with a variety of options. great coffee in the cozy lounge too.

Couldn’t find a single fault.

Oh, where to begin? The first room had an awful whining noise, as if the hotel was trying to serenade me into insanity. And I don't even want to talk about the cold, cramped space they called a master room. I expected an upgrade or at least some sort of complimentary gesture for enduring that misery. Quite the disappointment!

The spacious kitchenette made preparing our meals easy, and the community lounge was a highlight—comfortable with a great coffee aroma. The surprise birthday party for my husband truly made our stay special.

My stay at room2 Southampton was a delight, especially with its prime location just a few steps from the enchanting Bargate and within a short walk to the beautiful parks and vibrant Westquay shopping center, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable as I explored the area. plus, the cozy room and nifty kitchenette made it feel just like home during my weekend escape.

We loved our stay, especially the relaxed vibe and spacious layout. The kids enjoyed the fun common areas, and having our two dogs with us made it feel even more like home. It was a perfect base for exploring.

My wife says that the noise from neighbors was a bit much.
