Our stay at this hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was ideal, as it was close to the ports and the Ocean Terminal. The room itself was well laid out, spacious, and clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen facilities in the room were a great convenience.

We did encounter a small issue with the sink tap being a bit loose and not providing hot water.

We had an amazing time here! The location can’t be beat, as it’s walking distance to the harbor and some great restaurants. We loved the self-catering option and the convenience of having shops and commercial services nearby. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful, providing a welcome drink and pet amenities! The room was equipped with everything we needed and more, including soundproofing and in-room breakfast.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Room2 in Southampton. We were traveling for a few days and found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The hotel had a great style and interesting themes, which our daughter loved. The location was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gift for my mom's birthday was a thoughtful touch. a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.

All was perfect.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk away from the cruise terminal and right opposite a park. The room was stunning and fully equipped with everything you need. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even providing an extra heater for my parents. The buffet breakfast was also a hit with my dad, who even took a couple of boiled eggs back to his room.

One slight downside was the need to pre-book parking, which wasn't mentioned online. However, street parking right outside the hotel was convenient and we felt our car would be safe.

We enjoyed a comfortable and spacious stay during Easter. The location was perfect, opposite a beautiful park, and close to town. The complementary fridge and microwave were a great bonus. It was peaceful and relaxed, with a helpful staff always ready to assist.

There were a few downsides. The smell in the bathroom was unpleasant and the lift was out of order, which made it hard to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Additionally, it is close to the ferry, which was a great advantage for us as we wanted to explore the nearby islands. Furthermore, there are plenty of buses and taxis available nearby, making it very convenient for transportation. the location of the hotel is ideal for those looking to explore the city and its surroundings.

It would have been great if the hotel had better catering facilities. The lack of a clear menu or food options made it difficult to know what was available and made ordering a meal a bit of a hassle.

The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and the wastage bins for recycling showed their commitment to sustainability. The little extras like the tote bag and dishwasher made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. This hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.

The air conditioning in our room was preset and it was a bit cold when we arrived late at night. We also had some issues with the water temperature in the shower.
