We had a fantastic stay at Rooms At Babbacombe! the property is beautifully decorated with a charming fish theme throughout. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the town centre, seafront, and cliff railway. We enjoyed stunning views of the coast from the nearby promenade. the room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful additions like fresh milk in a mini fridge and a wide range of hot drinks. the high-speed wifi and off-road parking were also much appreciated. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local dining options. the cleanliness, amenities, and friendly service exceeded our expectations.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to everything you need. It is close to Babbacombe downs, where you can enjoy stunning views, and just a short walk to the seafront. The rooms are clean and well laid out, with a small fridge for fresh milk. The hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing emergency toiletries and a communal area for takeaway meals.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but this is a minor inconvenience and not reflective of the hotel's overall quality.

They were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. the rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for my stay. the communal areas, which have been recently refurbished, were particularly impressive. Luke was also open to guests using these areas to enjoy takeaway food and drink. the breakfast, while charged separately and a bit expensive, was of excellent quality. this modern take on a traditional B&B exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

the staff at Rooms At Babbacombe were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They even welcomed my two dogs without any issue, which was a pleasant surprise. the cottage itself was immaculate and spacious, with thoughtfully designed interiors. It truly exceeded my expectations and was the nicest place I have ever stayed. the amenities were excellent, with fluffy towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a coffee machine. the convenience of having a Tesco opposite for any additional needs was a bonus.

There were a few minor inconveniences with the room, such as facing a noisy main road and the room being too hot. However, the host quickly provided a fan to alleviate the heat and was responsive to requests.

The lack of transportation options. It was difficult to find an Uber, so I had to rely on public transportation, specifically the number 22 bus.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. the finer details really made a difference and exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hosts, Luke and Becca. Luke even recommended some great bars to visit during my stay. the little touches like the labels on the hot chocolates in the room and the box of forgotten items were delightful. the rooms were spotless, smelling fresh, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the hosts were always accessible and provided exceptional service.
