Staff helpful. Late arrival, fab location. Comfy bed, warm bath, TV worked. Continental breakfast outside room. Quick check-out. Recommended.

Comfortable stop in a friendly hotel. It was a bit tricky to find, but once we did, the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The bar was a great place to relax and the hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring all that the area has to offer. It's also right on top of a restaurant, so you won't have to go far for a delicious meal. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast is freshly cooked and plentiful, ensuring you start your day off right. Plus, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Be aware that the hotel can be quite noisy on weekends if your room faces the other pubs and live music in the street. However, the hotel does provide ear plugs to help with this.

Everything was spot on.

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. the helpful man at reception made our experience so comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast parcel they left outside our door was simply unbelievable. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the main street with easy access to shopping and dining. the rooms were lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant at Rue offered delicious food, with generous portions for breakfast.

The staff were sometimes occupied with other tasks, so it took a bit longer to get assistance with parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for, from the comfortable sitting area to the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Perfectly located in the center of town, close to the Omagh Memorial and Ulster American Folk Park. The Mellon Centre for Migration Studies is a must-visit with helpful staff. Comfortable beds, great shower, and modern wheelchair-friendly bathroom. Smooth check-in/out process and ample free parking.

Great central location, close to amenities and attractions. the staff were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent customer service. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and the added bonus of air conditioning. the hotel also provided a delicious breakfast bag which was a pleasant surprise.

There were some noise issues, particularly in the morning with a loud and annoying noise coming from the water tank in the room. This affected the overall sleep quality.

Really enjoyed our city trip to this hotel. the staff was amazing, always there to help and make our stay perfect. We loved the location, close to everything we wanted to see. the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent, with big towels that were changed every day. Drinking water was provided and replaced every day as well, which was very convenient. One of the best parts was the breakfast that was delivered to our door every morning, it was delicious and gave us plenty of energy to start our day.

The occasional smell from the kitchen at the restaurant which could be felt in the building, even on the 4th floor. But despite this minor issue, our stay was still wonderful.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and super friendly. They made me feel very welcome and were always ready to help with any requests. the rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the areas I needed to visit during my business trip.

There were a few drawbacks. the curtains in the room let in a lot of light from both sides, which made it difficult to sleep in.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Rooms At Rue. The cozy and informal atmosphere made us feel right at home. The central location was extremely convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The romantic and rural setting added a touch of charm to our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and reasonably priced. We loved being able to personalize our own hot meals and the lighter bites and drinks station was a nice touch. The coffee was strong and satisfying, although the milk/foam for the cappuccino could have been better. Despite the minor drawbacks of street noise and limited parking, we had a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
