I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the center of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel had everything I needed. The staff were quick to respond to any issues, including a chirping smoke detector.

My stay at Rose Street Residence was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the pillows in my room were incredibly comfortable. I had the best night's sleep! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Edinburgh!

Great location, beds were comfy, and communication with the host was good.

The property didn't match the appealing photographs, and there was vomit on the steps. During check-out, the host was abusive and caused a family member to fall down the stairwell, resulting in pain and bruising.

As first-time visitors to Edinburgh, the location of Rose Street Residence was brilliant, just what we needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the nearby restaurants and short walking distance to the center of old town provided plenty of dining options and convenience. The owner was quick to respond to any issues, such as a chirping smoke detector. we got great value for what we paid, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Guests have raved about the comfortable beds and plush bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, providing ample space for families or large groups. the well-equipped kitchen exceeds expectations, offering more than what most people have at home.

The slow wifi can be frustrating at times.

The furniture in the rooms was a bit shabby, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the place. It would have been better if the main living area was larger and more open, as our large group found it difficult to gather together comfortably.
